How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide a free, no-obligation assessment of your dental-care options.
  • Where relevant and with your enquiry, to refer you to trusted dental clinics or services that may be able to help.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve our guides.

Photos you send

Any photo you upload is sent securely to our team and used solely to assess your case. We do not publish your photo, and we do not use it for marketing. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent (given when you tick the box and submit the form) and our legitimate interests in responding to you. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We may share your enquiry with a relevant dental clinic or service where doing so is necessary to help with your request. We use reputable third-party processors (such as messaging and analytics providers) to operate the site.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use browser privacy controls without affecting core functionality.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to help with your request and for reasonable record-keeping, after which it is deleted.
